What we collect
Poised stores the job roles you add, your resume library, project stories, and any notes or preferences you set. This data is tied to your account and is never shared with third parties.
AI features and consent
AI-powered resume tailoring and interview prep suggestions are optional and consent-gated. You can enable or disable AI processing at any time in Settings. When disabled, no AI processing occurs on your data.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use Poised -- things like which pages are viewed and how the site is navigated. Google Analytics does not receive your resumes, job notes, or any other content you store in your account. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking analytics scripts with a browser extension or ad blocker.
Data control
You can export or delete your data at any time. If you delete your account, all associated data is removed within 30 days. We do not retain copies after deletion.
